Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how access to Fozato (the "Service"), operated by FOZATO SEO PRIVATE LIMITED, is delivered to you.
1. Digital product — no physical shipping
2. How and when the Service is delivered
- Account access: Access to the Service is provisioned instantly once you create an account and, for paid plans, once your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment processor (Razorpay).
- Plan activation: On successful payment, your subscription and its included features/limits are activated automatically on your account, typically within a few minutes. If activation is delayed due to a payment-verification lag, it is usually resolved automatically; if not, contact us.
- Generated assets: AI-generated assets (Scripts, narration, videos, landing-page copy, etc.) are produced by the platform after you submit a funnel and are delivered inside your dashboard when generation completes. Generation time varies with load and content length (often a few minutes), and progress is shown in the app.
- Confirmation: A payment receipt and/or confirmation is sent by email to the address on your account after a successful transaction.
3. What you need to access the Service
Because delivery is electronic, you only need a modern web browser and an internet connection. No special hardware or installation is required. Certain integrations (Google, Meta, Razorpay, social platforms) require you to connect your own accounts from within the Service.
4. If you cannot access the Service after payment
If your account is not activated or you cannot access a feature you paid for:
- Check that your payment shows as successful in the receipt email from Razorpay.
- Sign out and back in, and confirm you are on the correct workspace.
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@fozato.com with your account email and payment reference. We will restore access promptly.
Cancellations and refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Support hours
Delivery and access issues are handled during our support hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST (excluding public holidays). Requests received outside these hours are addressed on the next business day.
